Shatterline is a dynamic multiplayer first-person shooter that mixes co-op PvE and competitive PvP modes. Game Lore

In the year 2028, a mysterious cosmic event hits Earth, sending massive, jagged shards to the planet's surface. Cities are destroyed, and an alien substance called the Crystalline starts spreading, transforming both the environment and living beings into something dangerous. This alien plague doesn't just threaten humanity, it's changing the world in ways that can't be reversed.

Some view the Crystalline as a path to evolution, like the Strafe Witnesses, a group of fanatics. Others, however, see it as an existential threat. Only a group of immune survivors, the Shellguard, have the ability to stop it. These individuals carry a rare genetic resistance that gives them the power to fight back, but their mission is uncertain: Will they save humanity, or will they inadvertently push the world closer to destruction?

Gameplay and Features

Shatterline combines two playstyles often seen as separate—PvE and PvP—into one seamless experience. Players can jump into intense co-op missions or test their skills against others in competitive modes. Whether you're gathering resources in PvE or pushing your team to victory in PvP, every match has a sense of progression.

In the PvE Roguelike Expedition, you can take on solo or co-op missions to collect vital samples and data while dealing with the dangerous Crystalline creatures. Since the missions are procedurally generated, each one feels unique, with new challenges and rewards every time you play. For those who want to dive deeper into the story, the Co-op Story Mode lets you and your team uncover the origins of the Crystalline as you face waves of enemies. The game's roguelike progression system makes things even more interesting by allowing you to level up your Operative and experiment with different abilities in both PvE and PvP modes. This progression carries over into competitive play, offering fresh strategies and builds, so no two matches ever feel the same.

Unique Playable Operatives

One of the defining features of Shatterline is the variety of Operatives available to players. Each Operative has their own unique abilities, weapons, and playstyle. Whether you prefer a long-range sniper, an armored tank, or a medic who can keep your team alive, there's a character for every type of player. All Operatives can be upgraded over time, with new abilities unlocking as you progress, making it possible to customize your character to suit your preferred combat style.

PvPvE Modes:

• Invasion: This mode sees three Shellguard Operatives working to complete a mission while being hunted by a player-controlled Chosen, a powerful Crystalline-infused character.
• Escort: A defending team must safely transport a shipment of valuable cargo while the attacking team tries to stop them. The roles switch after each round.
• Team Deathmatch: A classic mode where two teams of five battle to score 80 frags first.
• Conquest: Control key points on the map and earn points as you capture hardpoints to secure victory.
• Plant the Bomb: A mode where one team plants a bomb, and the other team must defuse it, or vice versa.
• Elimination: A tactical, round-based 3v3 mode with no respawns, where each round is crucial.
