How do I deposit and withdraw?
You can deposit to your secure onsite wallet in KOM tokens via the Polygon network. Withdrawals can take up to 24 hours.
Do I need to use real money in order to play?
No, you can play most games on KomNPlay just for fun and become an XP warrior! Once you feel you are good enough you can deposit and play and earn KOM tokens.
Which countries do you not accept?
At this time, KOMnPLAY accepts citizens from all countries except Iran, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Syria, Somalia, North Korea, Yemen, Iraq.
What are the system requirements for KomNPlay?
Games are either web-based or for download (PC and Mac). Each game has different system requirements but for web-based games, we advise a modern computer or mobile phone with a high speed internet connection. While KomNPlay is thoroughly browser-tested, for optimal performance we suggest Chrome. For downloadable games, which are typically higher-specification and graphics, a high-end PC with a good graphics card is suggested.
What languages is KomNPlay available in?
Currently only in English, with other languages to follow.
Are you regulated and how are my funds protected?
KomNPlay is fully regulated in Georgia. Funds deposited in fiat currencies rest in a verifiable segregated bank account. Funds deposited in cryptocurrencies rest in either cryptographically secure Bitcoin or Ethereum wallets.

How does the pay-out work?
When you beat a user in any duel, you earn 90% return. 10% goes to KomNPlay, developers and affiliates. Remember, strong anti-cheat measures run 24/7 to make sure all outcomes are provably fair.
Who is Captain KOM?
Captain KOM is the superhero in KomNPlay and his only goal is to save the gamers and communities against the evil villains like Dewo, RugMan and their evil minions. Dewo is a former professional gamer turned evil, psychopathic crypto founder and businessman. He is a very jealous man, easily triggered, has extremely bad intentions, loves trolling and then beating all gamers thus eventually shutting gaming down as we know it. He also happens to be the chairman of RugPull United, a global multi-billion-dollar enterprise active in many nefarious industries. RugPull United's CEO is the billionaire megalomaniac RugMan; a highly talented, arrogant but extremely funny and nutty blockchain businessman who does Dewo's bidding. Together they have wreaked havoc in the KomNPlay gaming universe and infected many, many games. Soon they will be taking over your mind by enslaving you inside KomNPlay.

What’s with the strange language in chat?
Dewo’s and RugMan’s presence is strong and all-encompassing. Spend to much time on KomNPlay and U may lose contral over good Englise. But who care, shut up and ple.
Please, may I cheat?
Yes, you may. But do note that KomNPlay employs a range of back-end algorithms (client and server side) to ensure gamers are caught cheating. If fraudulent activity (either manual cheating or AI-bot based) is detected or if we identify that you own multiple accounts, you will be investigated and required to submit KYC and video evidence in support of your innocence. If you do not pass an investigation, you will be issued with a life-time ban. If KomNPlay has a fault in the game or a bug that cost you money, simply post a video of the error occurring and you will be refunded within 24 hours. The error will be investigated, fixed, and everyone notified.
Does KomNPlay allow pay-to-win?
Yes, some titles do have pay-to-win elements where you can unlock upgrades to progress further in a game. However, these are clearly indicated as such and if you do not like these type of games, you can ignore them.
Does KomNPlay offer a safe-space?
While millennial and snowflake bashing is accepted, KomNPlay does not promote or tolerate racism and loves all types of gamers of any gender (all 788 of them), ethnic or economic background. If the abundance of pink and purple in KomNPlay didn’t get that message across, we are profusely sorry. You can hit the main chat and see if it’s for you. If not, we suggest playing in isolation. The darker the room, the better. Preferably a basement.
