What is OverTrip?

Built by GGXYZ Gaming Studio and backed by Gamestarter & GTM by Surgence, the game offers a fast-paced experience where players can wager tokens based on their performance.
Since its PC launch on December 10th via the Epic Games Store, OverTrip has continuously expanded its offerings. Now in its third season, the game allows players to bet real money on their skills using its native meme coin, $TRIP, or other coins like $COQ and $BRETT.

The $TRIP token was launched on Solana via Pump.fun on November 30th. The token serves multiple purposes in the game:

- Distributed via airdrops to reward active players
- Core currency for the skill-based betting mode
Unlike many web3 games, $TRIP's tokenomics focus on rewarding players first:
- 8% of the total $TRIP supply was allocated for player rewards.
- 4.2% went to marketing efforts.
- 4% was reserved for exchange listings and liquidity.
