XANA has various Worlds, allowing the users to enjoy their time in unique and different environments within the metaverse. There are multiple reasons as to why more space would be needed to support a large userbase, such as: preventing over congestion and having enough Land for everyone.

A WORLD is a virtual space that users can purchase to generate interactive experiences for other users to visit. Users can meet different users' avatars on the WORLD to chat, capture pictures, or play games while interacting. Once the user becomes the LAND owner, they can populate it with Assets by using Builder to make WORLD on top of it. That offers users complete control over the environments and applications they create, ranging from anything like static 3D scenes to more bilateral applications or games.

The world can be tradable as the form of NFTs to allow the user to combine with the land to place the world on the map. You can purchase Land and get a great world to decorate it, then sell it together at a higher price. We can call it metaverse real estate. The persistent map identifies the location where the player’s particular LAND locates. The location is of the most significant importance as it will determine who and what is next to it. Similarly, in XANA, there is a finite amount of LANDS, and their location is determined initially on the map and cannot be moved from one coordinate of the world map to the other.

Land and the World need each other. The landowners can purchase World NFT and place it on their Land. Or World Creator/ Owner needs Land to install in the Metaverse to allow others to visit. XANA metaverse contains 150,000 land parcels. Each Land is unique and has verifiable ownership as NFTs. Landowners can rent out their Land and set their rental rates.

Users who enter the XANA metaverse will be provided with a XANA Metaverse Avatar. Avatars are 3D humanoid models that users can use to explore the metaverse, communicate with other players, and participate in activities around the virtual world.
