Overview

Legends of Elumia is an MMORPG web3 game that takes place in a magical world filled with mystery and exciting adventures. Elumia is a city that surrounds The Infinite Tower, an ancient structure that has existed for longer than human memory. The city feeds on the mysterious energies of the Tower, which are harnessed through a mix of technology and arcane methods. The Tower's portal leads to different areas and dungeons, but those who enter it don't always come back, and those who do have conflicting stories.

Elumia serves as the social hub of the game, where players can interact with each other, fight for rewards, buy equipment, and pick up new quests. The Infinite Tower's portals are where players go to complete PvE content and progress through the game. Players can also mint items found within the game and bring them out of the Infinite Tower into the real world. Future plans include expanding the city with various buildings such as houses, shops, blacksmiths, and potion vendors.

In most MMOs, players can't “own” their gear. It is locked up on the developer’s servers and owned by the games' publisher. LOE gives players FULL autonomy over characters, equipment and items by placing them squarely in the players’ ownership.

Legends of Elumia is developed by a team of industry veterans who are themselves avid gamers. It boasts high-quality graphics and fun, engaging, feature rich gameplay. You can expect challenging multiplayer dungeons and thrilling PVP battles.

Gameplay

Legends of Elumia's core gameplay revolves around PVE (player versus environment) and PVP (player versus player) battles.

In PVE, players explore dangerous worlds and dungeons filled with enemies, loot, and resources. They can team up with other players to tackle challenging bosses and complete quests. By doing so, they gain experience, levels, and powerful items to upgrade their characters and equipment. Players can also join player guilds, which offer additional benefits and challenges, and create their own virtual communities.

On the other hand, PVP allows players to compete against each other in duels, team battles, and various battle modes. The Arena is where players can participate in team battles, hone their skills, and compete with other players in esports tournaments.

Characters and Equipment

Legends of Elumia players have the opportunity to create their own unique character avatar through the use of NFTs, or non-fungible tokens. These avatars are generated with a huge variety of cosmetic appearances, ensuring that no two characters will ever look exactly the same. Each avatar is also given a set of pre-determined stats and skills that will determine their play style, which encourages social and team play as different players come together to face challenges.

When players begin their journey, they are given a set of skills and attributes that are based on traditional MMO archetypes, such as tanks, healers, and damage dealers, as well as new skills that are specific to the Elumia lore. As they progress through the game, players can gain experience and levels, and upgrade their character's power through the acquisition of new equipment and items. These items can be obtained by completing objectives, defeating enemies, or through vendors or the marketplace.

The items in the game have varying levels of rarity, and players can also upgrade their equipment during gameplay to increase their combat power. This includes weapons and, in future updates, Battle Pets. As players progress, they can also customize their character's appearance and equipment to further personalize their gameplay experience.

How to Get Started

1.Legends of Elumia character

Currently the game requires a Genesis digital collectible  to play, we recently held a free mint event where players were able to acquire free Genesis characters. Each character has unique traits and skills that level up as you play. In the future, we'll be releasing more character mints and introducing new ways to access the game as we grow the player population — this is just the beginning! So keep an eye out for upcoming announcements. In the meantime you can acquire characters from other players on secondary markets like Magic Eden .

2.Create an account

Create an Emporium account with your wallet connected to it. (We recommend Phantom) If you need to create an account, click  'Login'

in the top right hand corner, and in the pop up window click  'Create account'  at the bottom of the pop up box. Fill in all required information and click  'Submit'  at the bottom.

3.Login & Connect Wallet

You will see another pop up window, asking you to connect the wallet. If you've set it up properly before, it will show that the Phantom wallet is detected.

4.Transfer

Click on your username on the top right hand corner, and go to your inventory. Once there, click  'Transfer items to/from game'  Here you can transfer your character/s into the game.

5.Download Game

Click  'Download Game'  banner on the main page, unzip the downloaded file, open the Launcher and then install, you are now ready to play!
