In the world of Ashes of Mankind, society has broken down, with corporations controlling most of what's left. The Consortium, a group of powerful corporations, runs the show, and their headquarters, the Citadel, is where much of the action takes place. Mercenaries and scavengers fight for survival and dominance in the Citadel's dangerous structure, while those in Empires manage the resources that fuel the conflict. Players can either be on the front lines in the Citadel, battling for survival, or behind the scenes in Empires, controlling the production and trade of essential goods.

Gameplay and Features

The Citadel (PvP Extraction FPS)

In Citadels, the gameplay revolves around survival in a PvP extraction-based FPS. Players navigate the dangerous fortress of the Citadel, where every floor harbors enemies, rival factions, and valuable loot. Scavenging for gear, players must outwit and outfight their competitors to survive and ascend the ranks.

Players can acquire gear by looting fallen enemies or purchasing items from the open marketplace, with their equipment affecting their combat performance. However, losing a battle means losing gear, forcing players to start over with a weaker loadout. Empires (Strategy and Economy)

Players have the ability to build their Corporation from scratch, managing production and selling items to those battling in the Citadel.
